Former PNG Citizens to surrender PNG Passports

The PNG Immigration & Citizenship Service Authority wishes to inform the General Public and our valued clients that former Papua New Guinea citizens who are now citizens of a foreign county and over the age of 18 years and are still holding on to a PNG passport are advised to contact this Authority immediately to surrender their PNG passports

This Authority is imposing a 3 months moratorium which ends on 31st October 2017 for those concerned to surrender PNG Passports in their possession to be cancelled. Appropriate penalties will be imposed on those former citizens who continue to hold and use PNG passports to travel beyond the moratorium period.
